1999 to 2007 – Appraiser with BC Assessment, Kelowna, British Columbia. Valuation of commercial and residential properties for assessment purposes throughout the Okanagan Valley. Specialized in residential, commercial, subdivision, residential waterfront and acreage holdings. Appeared before the Property Assessment Review panel as an expert witness in defence of property assessments.

1996 to 1999 – Fee Appraiser, Fortin Appraisals Ltd., Chilliwack, British Columbia. Prepared commercial, residential, farm and acreage valuations. Reviewed residential work prepared by candidates.
